Where can I buy tickets?
If you are interested in purchasing tickets to an Orleans Arena event, you can do so online, or in person.
Tickets are available online 24 hours a day.
The Orleans Arena Box Office is open a minimum of one hour prior to all events for in-person ticket purchases. Boyd Gaming Ticket Outlets are also available at Aliante, Cannery, The Orleans, Suncoast and Sam’s Town Casinos. Hours vary by location.
What are the Box Office hours?

Is there a dress code at the Orleans Arena?
There is no formal dress code for attending events at the Orleans Arena. Patrons may choose to dress comfortably and casually, or more formally if they prefer, but Shirt and shoes are required for guest safety. The only exception would be for formal special events such as galas, in which case the dress code for each event will be specified by the presenting organization. Orleans Arena Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and or images.
Can my child attend events at the Orleans Arena?
Children are welcome to attend most performances at the Orleans Arena. Based on the performance, the age that will require a ticket purchase will vary. Other age restrictions may apply at the request of individual shows, so please review the show information on our website or call the Arena Office prior to purchasing tickets. All performances may not be appropriate for all ages, whether reason or concern is based on content, length of performance, etc. Guests under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.
What happens if I arrive late for an event?
Generally, you are welcome to proceed to your seat location. In the event that you arrive late for a performance, such as a theater show, you may be asked to remain on the concourse until late seating is permitted. Please check the specific event website for more information. For your convenience, the Orleans Arena has video monitors throughout the concourse and club level so that you can enjoy the performance until you are able to be seated.
Are food and beverages available at the Orleans Arena?
Yes, and we love our food and beverage options! There are multiple concessions and bar locations to serve you during your visit to the Orleans Arena. The food options vary from hotdogs to deluxe burgers to franchised outlets and specials created by our award-winning Chefs. At this time, all payments are contactless and cash transactions are not permitted. Outside food and beverage is not permitted.
What types of payment do you accept?
The Orleans Arena accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover only. At this time cash is not allowed.
How can I rent the Arena or Meeting room Space?
The Orleans Arena has plenty of space to host your next event, to include the main arena floor, 7 meeting room spaces, and several VIP areas to host any size event. Call our Office at (702) 365-4769 or email email@example.com for more information.
Are there fees for parking?
The Orleans Arena does not charge parking fees for the general public. There are three large parking lots with direct access to the Arena. The Orleans Hotel and Casino also has plenty of parking, to include a large parking garage, several open lots and Valet Service.
What happens if I have a medical emergency while attending an event?
For all public events, the Orleans Arena has a team of well qualified EMT’s on site. They are located on the East side of the concourse. Reach out to any Arena Team Member and they will assist you in handling the emergency.
Where is lost and found located?
During events, Lost and Found is located at West Guest Services. Any items not claimed at the conclusion of the event day is transferred to the Hotel Security, they can be reached at (702) 365-6245.
What kind of security screening do you have for events?
For all public events, the Orleans Arena will have an enhanced entry procedure for everyone’s safety. All guests will be subject to entry search which includes walk through metal detectors and bag checks. Do you offer group ticket purchase opportunities?
The Orleans Arena does not have a formal group sales department. However, we welcome groups of all sizes to the arena and will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact the our Office at (702) 365-4769 or email email@example.com. Please be prepared with your order information and original method of payment to help our staff work to replace your lost tickets. Certain information will be required to verify ticket purchases.
Do you provide services for guests with disabilities?
The Orleans Arena offers accessible seating for our patrons with disabilities for all performances. Furthermore, ample parking, elevator and ramp access are all available onsite.
The Arena is equipped with an Assistive Listening System for most events, and devices can be picked up from our Guest Services location located on the concourse free of charge.
If interpreting services are required, please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 30 days prior to your event so we can schedule for the service. A confirmed purchased ticket is required at this time as well.
