Bag Policy
Guests are permitted to bring one (1) of the following:
- Small, clear, personal bag (must not exceed 12"x 12"x 6")
- Small personal clutch (must not exceed 5" x 9" x 2")
All other Bags and Backpacks are strictly prohibited.

Binbox
A limited number of Binbox lockers are available on a first come first served basis for guests whose bags do not comply with Arena regulations. Prohibited items cannot be stored at any time. Pricing starts at $15 and is non-refundable. Debit/Credit and mobile payments such as Apple or Google Pay are acceptable forms of payment. No cash will be accepted. Orleans Arena has a "No Re-Entry" policy for all events and bags will not be accessible during the event. Binbox will be available from the time doors open for each event and will close after the final guest has cleared the building post-event. The Orleans Arena, Orleans Hotel & Boyd Gaming assumes no responsibility/liability for any Lost & Found items at any event.
Digital Tickets
All ticketed guests should download tickets to their mobile device. Ensure your tickets are ready and open on your device upon arrival. Tickets can be accessed here.
Cashless Transactions Only
No cash will be accepted in the venue, all payments will be via credit card transactions.
Free Parking
Parking is FREE for all guests.
Enjoy the Show
- Food and beverage options will be available for purchase on the concourse. Credit cards will be used exclusively. NO CASH will be accepted.
Exiting the Venue
- Please remain in your seats at the conclusion of your event until directed to leave at the end of the event.
